Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 tsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. warm water, heated to lukewarm
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    water.
    Stir
    in
    sugar
    and salt. Blend in cottage cheese, butter, dill weed, egg, soda and half the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make
    a slightly stiff dough.
    Cover with towel.
    Let rise in warm
    place free from draft until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour). Stir
    batter down.
    Turn into well-greased pan.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about
    30 minutes).
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool on wire rack.
