Velvet Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, milk and flavorings.
    Beat again slightly.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0. Turn oven down to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes longer.
    Never fails if oven temperature is watched.
