Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    cubed bread (to cover bottom of dish)
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and dry mustard.
    Layer the cubed bread, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
