Christmas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Melt butter and cool.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
