Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    6 oz. jalapeno cheese, cubed
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter.
    Add flour and stir until smooth. Add onion and cook until soft. Add milk. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add thawed spinach, including any liquid. Stir in cubed cheese and blend until cheese is melted. Add red pepper, if desired.
