Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring to boil in microwave.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes after boiling.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; stir into syrup mixture. Spray large paper grocery bag with Pam.
    Fill bag with 4 quarts of popcorn.
    Add caramel mixture to popcorn and shake well. Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake well.
    Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes again and shake well.
    Microwave on High 1/2 minute. Shake well and pour onto cookie sheets to cool.
