Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 stalks celery
1 large onion
2 to 3 lb. hamburger
3 beaten eggs
parsley flakes to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
bread crumbs to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice celery and onion in tiny pieces and saute in margarine. Mix together in large bowl hamburger, sauteed onions and celery, eggs, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into tiny patties to fit dinner rolls and fry or bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Makes approximately 36 patties.
May be frozen until needed.
