Waist-Away Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 dashes nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar and salt.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add rice, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Pour into a casserole and bake in slow oven (250\u00b0) about 45 minutes.
    Stir during cooking.
    Chill before serving.
