Pineapple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine sugar, pecans and cinnamon; set aside.
    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Alternate flour and baking powder with sour cream.
    Top cake with first 3 ingredients before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake is done.
