Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium diced onion
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
butter
milk
Preparation

Put sliced potatoes and butter in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with onion and pepper.
Empty soup, undiluted, over potatoes, onion and pepper and enough milk to cover bottom of dish.
Add about 1 tablespoon of butter to top.
Cover and cook about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
