Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, peeled and diced
    6 oz. frozen apple juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of cinnamon or apple pie spice
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice. Combine with apples and spice. Simmer until thick. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with margarine. Cover with top crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
