Parmesan Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 or 7 raw potatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom of glass baking dish. Sprinkle with some of the Parmesan cheese.
Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.
Melt the margarine in saucepan or microwave.
Mix in the remaining cheese.
Layer the potatoes and the cheese mixture in the pie dish.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the bottom is browned.
Flip onto a plate and serve while still warm.
