Eggnog Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pillsbury pie crust
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. eggnog
    1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. + 1/4 c. rum
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    chocolate curls
Preparation
    Will need large pie pan.
