Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 pounds cooked and seasoned squash, mashed
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix (8-oz.)
    1 can pimento, finely diced
    1 8-oz. carton sour cream
    1 can finely sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt 1 to 1 1/2 stick margarine. Pour over dry stuffing mix and line dish with 1/2 of this mixture.
    Mix above ingredient and pour over crumbs.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
