Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate the cooked potatoes.
    Add all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
