Cranberry-Orange Nutbread Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    For more variety, try topping your English muffin with part skim Mozzarella cheese or low-fat cottage cheese, followed by a pineapple ring, spiced apple ring or other sliced fruit.
