Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
5 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo
5 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, softened oleo and pineapple.
Add coconut, eggs and vanilla; blend well and pour into two 8-inch pastry-line pie pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes or until done.
