Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb. or 32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine
    first\t7 ingredients;\tpour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish or larger.
    Combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter
    and
    sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 10, but I served at least 20.
