Extremely Moist Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. prunes, cooked and mashed
1 pt. pecans, chopped
1 large box candied cherries
1 large and 1 small container mixed candied fruits
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Add remaining in order listed and beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
