Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, skin on
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes lengthwise into eighths.
    Line a shallow baking pan with foil and put all ingredients into the pan, tossing well to coat the potatoes with oil and seasonings.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, or at a higher temperature for less time if you wish.
    Adjust seasoning if necessary.
