Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread (any kind)
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Brown sausage, drain off fat.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated) for 35 to 40 minutes.
    The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
