Thai Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. lite Zesty Italian dressing (Kraft)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. julienne cut green or red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter (or creamy)
    1/2 lb. cooked, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. julienne cut carrot
    lettuce
Preparation
    Stir together dressing, sugar, peanut butter, soy and red pepper.
