Lynn'S Muscadine Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fruit
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mash fruit; separate skins from pulp and seeds.
    Set skins aside; cook pulp about 10 minutes in a boiler; strain.
    Add sugar to juice and bring to a boil.
    Add skins and cook about 30 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to thicken.
    Pour mixture into a crust and top with a crust, slitting the top crust and crimping the edges.
    Moisten the top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
