Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. 10x sugar
1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. soft butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Cream one-third sugar with butter and salt in a large bowl. Blend extract, 2 tablespoons milk and remaining sugar into mixture.
Gradually stir remaining milk into frosting until desire spreading consistency is reached.
