Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped and browned
    1 onion, chopped and browned
    2/3 c. raw rice (not instant)
    1 1/4 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. shrimp or more
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in ungreased casserole.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
