Lazy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme (undiluted)
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    freshly ground black pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Put meat in a casserole with the wine, consomme, pepper, rosemary and onion.
    Mix flour and bread crumbs; stir into the liquid.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 3 hours (or a lower temperature and longer cooking time may be used if it is more convenient).
    Serve with rice or noodles.
