Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag carrots, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Durkee fried onions
Preparation
    Cook carrots (about a package).
    Melt butter; stir in flour. Add the milk and let thicken.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper; stir until melted.
    Put carrots in casserole dish.
    Pour white sauce over carrots.
    Sprinkle onions on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or until onions are crispy.
