Meatless Whole Wheat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Health Valley whole wheat lasagna noodles (in the natural foods section of the store)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (15 oz.) can Health Valley spicy or mild chile with beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. yogurt
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Total precooking time is approximately 1 hour.
    Serves 5 to 6.
