Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bunches parsley
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. crushed wheat (burghul)
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. fresh mint
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash parsley and drain.
    Soak crushed wheat in a large salad bowl with water for about 3 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Remove stems from parsley and chop very fine.
    Add to wheat with other ingredients.
