Lazy Daisy Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs until thick.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla and flour sifted with baking powder.
Scald milk and butter.
Beat into batter and thoroughly mix.
Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
