Taro Cakes(Meatless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed taro (hot)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    water
Preparation
    Combine taro, baking powder and sugar and a small amount of water.
    Mix until smooth, form into small cakes with wet hands. Place on buttered pan.
    Make a small depression in each cake and press in a generous amount of butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
