Diabetic Graham Cracker Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large (2 1/2 x 5-inch) plain grahams
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Roll graham crackers with rolling pin to crush.
    Add melted oleo and mix well with a fork.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish.
    Press crumbs into a pie plate evenly.
    Chill 3 hours before filling.
