Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked coarsely cut white meat chicken
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 lb. seedless grapes (red or green)
    1 c. celery, diced or sliced
    1 c. walnuts or sliced almonds
    1 or 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1 or more tsp. curry powder to taste
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Mix together; season to taste with salt and white pepper. Serves 8.
