Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramel candies
    1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk, divided
    1 box (18 oz.) chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. broken walnuts or pecans
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt caramels with 1/3 c. evaporated milk in a small pan set over medium heat, stirring constantly (or microwave mixture on medium, stirring twice, until melted, about 2 1/2 minutes). Set aside.
