Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison, cut in strips
    milk
    1 egg, beaten
    cracker crumbs
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Soak venison in milk
    for
    30
    minutes.
    Dip in egg and roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry
    in
    skillet
    with
    more oil than usual. When brown, remove
    from oil and place in baking dish. Pour mushroom soup over and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
