Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. gelatin
5 Tbsp. cold water
2 Tbsp. white sugar
baked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat yolks. Place brown sugar, slightly beaten egg yolks, pumpkin, milk, salt and spices in saucepan. Simmer until thickens.
