Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    1 green bell pepper, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients, except shrimp, until thick.
    Add shrimp and heat through.
    Serve over rice.
