Banana Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. pecans
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs until well blended.
    Sift dry ingredients; add with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Stir in nuts and coconut.
    Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
