Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 c. cold water
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can beef consomme
    3/4 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
