Cream Sauce - Microwave(Medium Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Place butter in 4-cup glass measuring cup and melt in microwave.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Blend in milk gradually. Cook in microwave on Roast for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Stir 3 or 4 times during cooking.
    Can season with sherry.
