Stir-Fry Chicken And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic minced
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium sweet red pepper
    3 scallions, diced (include green stems)
    3 Tbsp. light cream cheese, softened
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Using electric frypan or wok, place on high heat.
    Add oil and then garlic.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Stir.
    Add scallions and cook for 1 minute longer.
    Continue stirring.
