Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rolled rump roast
    2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. marjoram
    Worcestershire sauce
    garlic
    green peppers to taste
    onion, if desired
    hot sauce, if desired
Preparation
    Cook roast at 300\u00b0 covered 1/2 hour per pound.\tCool and slice.
    Reserve broth, skim off grease. Add thyme, worcestershire sauce, garlic, marjoram, green peppers, onions, and hot sauce. Simmer till pepper and onion are done.
    Add sliced beef and heat. Cool and marinate for several days.
