Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. walnuts
    4 lb. ripe, unbruised peaches
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter, at room temperature
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    To make the topping, mix the flour and sugars in a bowl.
    Cut the butter into small pieces; mix it into the flour by rubbing it into the mixture with fingertips.
    Add walnuts.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut peaches in half, peel and remove pits.
    Cut into slices.
    Mix with flour and sugar (to taste).
    Spread peaches in a 2-quart glass or ceramic ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle topping over peaches.
    Bake until topping is brown and peaches are bubbly. You can serve with heavy cream.
