Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 c. honey or corn syrup
6 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar, honey or corn syrup and molasses in a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Scrape mixture into a large bowl and let cool.
