Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 medium tub Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large can pears, drained (save the juice)
Preparation

Arrange pears in a casserole dish.
Make the lemon jello using the pear juice instead of water.
Blend the jello before it sets with softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Use the blender if necessary to get out lumps.
Pour this mixture over the pears and chill for several hours.
