Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
    1/2 c. Carnation milk
    3/4 c. melted butter or 1 1/2 sticks
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and pour 1/2 batter into a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes.
