Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw white rice
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
2 halves chicken breast
2 chicken drumsticks
2 chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 to 3 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan.
Place chicken pieces on top.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix and salt and pepper.
Mix canned soups with water and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Cover for last 15 minutes if it gets too brown.
Serves 6.
