Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 c. undiluted chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 small grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. herb stuffing
Preparation
    Butter a quart casserole dish.
    Pour in half of the herb stuffing; pour in squash mixture.
    Then add other half of herb stuffing.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
