Potato Latkas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 potatoes
6 scallions
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
oil
Preparation

Scrub potatoes very well and grate in food processor.
Some like them grated for a coarser texture and some just like them once grated for a coarser texture.
If you choose the finer texture, it doesn't work to just chop-you have to grate first. Finely chop the scallions.
