Hot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Karo syrup
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cream
    1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until boiling.
    Stir one minute while boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/3 cup of butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
